Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients during overnight shifts
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
• Adapt quickly to new environments, protocols, and electronic health record systems
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions
• Uphold strict safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards
• Educate patients and their families to promote understanding and recovery

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in your specialty
• Active, unencumbered professional license in the state of assignment or willingness to obtain one
• Current BLS certification (additional certifications may be required based on specialty)
• Ability to thrive in new settings and work collaboratively with diverse teams

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
