Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental cleanings to patients of all ages
• Collaborate with the dentist to deliver exceptional patient care
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Maintain detailed patient records and treatment plans
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments efficiently
• Utilize your skills without the need for X-rays or exams, supported by a dedicated assistant

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey dental hygiene license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and clinical precision
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a dental practice is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and protocols
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
• Strong patient education and counseling abilities
• Ability to maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor
• Organizational skills to manage a busy patient schedule
