Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, compassionate care to a diverse range of ER patients, from minor injuries to critical conditions
• Perform focused assessments, triage, and prioritize care based on acuity
• Administer conscious sedation and monitor patients through recovery
• Manage AMI patients, interpret telemetry, and initiate appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with ED physicians, mid-level providers, paramedics, and techs to ensure smooth patient flow
• Float between East and West EDs as needed, and take on-call shifts as scheduled

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Emergency Department experience
• Active RN license (or multi-state compact license)
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Experience with conscious sedation and AMI management
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced Level 4 trauma environment
• Cerner experience preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is just as important
