Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care during night shifts
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create effective care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring safety and accuracy
• Document patient information thoroughly in the electronic health record
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant healthcare experience
• Active, unencumbered license or certification in your field
• Current BLS/ACLS certification (or equivalent as required by the role)
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and team dynamics
• Comfortable working night shifts and 12-hour schedules

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes
