Candidate Pay Rate: $30 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures with precision and care
Collect, label, and transport blood specimens for laboratory testing
Assist with the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment (ISUDT) program
Ensure patient comfort and safety during all procedures
Maintain accurate records and follow infection control protocols
Collaborate with healthcare team to support patient care goals

Qualifications

Current and valid phlebotomy certification (e.g., CPT or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience in a clinical setting
Ability to handle high-volume specimen collection efficiently
Comfortable working with diverse patient populations, including those in substance use treatment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in venous and capillary blood collection techniques
Strong understanding of laboratory specimen handling and labeling
Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
Knowledge of standard precautions and safety regulations
