Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans for patients
• Conduct therapeutic activities under the guidance of an occupational therapist
• Document patient progress and update treatment records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide compassionate support and encouragement to patients during therapy sessions

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license required
• Minimum of 0 years of experience (entry‑level positions welcome)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and follow treatment protocols

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and evaluation
• Therapeutic intervention techniques
• Documentation and charting
• Adaptive equipment usage
• Collaboration with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals
