Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver resident-centered care using the nursing process, from assessment and planning to implementation and evaluation
• Collaborate with the care team, physicians, and families to create personalized care plans that lead to great outcomes
• Document everything accurately and thoroughly to keep care seamless and effective
• Respect the age, culture, and background of each resident and tailor your care accordingly
• Drive continuous improvement by participating in performance improvement initiatives that raise the bar for quality

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR certification
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Passion for working with residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings

Education
