Candidate Pay Rate: $64 - $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver resident-centered care using the nursing process, from assessment and planning to implementation and evaluation
- Collaborate with the care team, physicians, and families to create personalized care plans that lead to great outcomes
- Document everything accurately and thoroughly to keep care seamless and effective
- Respect the age, culture, and background of each resident and tailor your care accordingly
- Drive continuous improvement by participating in performance improvement initiatives that raise the bar for quality
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR certification
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Passion for working with residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
Education

- A strong understanding of the nursing process and how to apply it in daily care
