Candidate Pay Rate: $64 - $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate resident care using the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Document direct and indirect nursing care accurately and in line with each physician's plan of care.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote effective, efficient care and achieve the best possible resident outcomes.
- Support the organization's vision and mission while honoring each resident's age, culture, and personal dignity.
- Contribute to quality nursing care through performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse caring for residents in a skilled nursing or similar setting.
- Current California RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- A graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- A team player with strong clinical judgment and a genuine passion for resident-centered care.
Education
