Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate resident care using the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Document direct and indirect nursing care accurately and in line with each physician's plan of care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote effective, efficient care and achieve the best possible resident outcomes.
• Support the organization's vision and mission while honoring each resident's age, culture, and personal dignity.
• Contribute to quality nursing care through performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse caring for residents in a skilled nursing or similar setting.
• Current California RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• A graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• A team player with strong clinical judgment and a genuine passion for resident-centered care.
