Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring individualized care plans are developed and implemented.
• Assess functional abilities and set measurable goals to promote independence and quality of life.
• Design and execute therapeutic interventions, including adaptive equipment and home modifications.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Document progress and outcomes accurately, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies and self-management techniques.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy license required.
• Minimum 0 years of experience, with preference for experience in skilled nursing facilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.

• Assessment and intervention techniques for functional mobility and ADLs
