Roles & Responsibilities
- Empower patients to regain independence through personalized therapy plans
- Assess functional abilities and craft innovative treatment strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Deliver hands-on interventions that make real differences in daily lives
- Educate and motivate clients toward achieving their rehabilitation goals
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- Current state or federal issued ID for facility access
- Experience in rehab or skilled nursing settings preferred
- BLS certification
- Ready to wear your photo badge with pride
Education
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- NBCOT certification highly valued
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques
- Strong patient assessment and care planning abilities
- Excellent communication for building trust with patients and teams
- Creative problem-solving to overcome unique challenges
