Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional speech-language pathology services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
- Float between sister locations to provide seamless care
- Assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders with compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Make a real difference in residents' lives every day
Qualifications
- CCC-SLP certification
- 1-3 years of experience in speech-language pathology
- Active Virginia SLP license or ability to obtain
- ASAP start availability for this exciting opportunity
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in SLP assessments and interventions
- Strong communication and patient rapport skills
- Adaptability for floating between facilities
- Knowledge of SNF practices and therapy protocols
