Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to assigned patients during night shift
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
• Monitor and document patient status, including vital signs and clinical changes
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team to support patient care plans
• Float to different units as needed, using your experience to adapt quickly
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and handoffs at shift change
• Support patient safety and infection control practices at all times

Qualifications

• Active LPN or LVN license (LPN/LVN) in good standing
• Comfortable working nights (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and able to commit to a 13-week contract
• Willingness to float to units where you have experience
• Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
• Current BLS/CPR preferred or willing to obtain prior to start

Education

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
• High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid fundamentals in medication administration and patient assessment
• Proficiency with clinical documentation and electronic health records
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Good teamwork, communication, and patient-focused bedside manner
• Familiarity with infection control procedures and safety standards
