Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care that makes a real difference
Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to support resident well-being
Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision and empathy
Administer medications and treatments to promote healing and comfort
Advocate for patients, ensuring their needs and voices are heard

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license in good standing
Current certifications including BLS
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced long-term care environment

Education

Valid LPN or RN licensure from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in medication administration and documentation
Adaptability to night shifts with a positive attitude
