Shift Type: Per diem (as needed), Shift 2: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (30-minute meal break)
Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents and patients
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes in condition
- Document patient care accurately and timely in the medical record
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of Maine
- Current BLS certification required
- Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or present documented religious/medical exemption
- Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Must pass background checks and comply with facility requirements
