Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure quality care
• Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Maine
• Current BLS certification
• Completed COVID-19 vaccine series or documented religious/medical exemption
• Ability to provide state or federal issued identification and wear photo badge

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical nursing skills including medication administration and wound care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to document accurately in electronic health records
• Compassionate patient-centered approach
