Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes promptly to the care team
Assist with daily living activities to promote comfort and dignity
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality care
Document all care accurately and maintain compliance with facility protocols

Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Mexico or compact state
BLS certification
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
Minimum one year of long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation
Wound care and infection control
Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Electronic health record systems
Compassionate resident-centered care
