Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate bedside care to residents
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Collaborate with the care team to support individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate updates clearly
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and families
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in New Mexico
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
