Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per-diem (as-needed), Days vary, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM day shift

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $30 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and maintain patient safety
Administer medications and treatments according to protocol
Perform thorough assessments and communicate findings clearly
Document care accurately and timely in the patient record
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans
Educate patients and families to promote recovery and wellbeing
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
Ability to work per-diem shifts, including 12.5-hour day shifts
Valid clinical skills relevant to LPN or RN practice
Strong communication and teamwork mindset
Current immunizations and required facility screenings as applicable

Education

Completion of an accredited practical nursing program for LPN
Completion of an accredited nursing program for RN

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration and documentation
Basic clinical procedures and infection control
Clear, compassionate patient and team communication
Time management and clinical prioritization
