Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
- Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the care team to update care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Maine
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Completed COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
- Must bring a state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and dosage calculations
- Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
- Wound care and basic nursing procedures
- Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
