Shift Type: August 27, 2026, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Shift 2, 30-minute meal break)
Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and condition
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Maine
- Current BLS certification
- Completion of COVID-19 vaccine series or documented exemption
- Ability to work evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills within LPN scope of practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
