Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient vitals, symptoms, and progress
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver comprehensive care
• Support residents with daily living activities and promote their independence
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and care plans

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Maine
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Must meet facility vaccination requirements or provide a valid exemption
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Medication administration and documentation
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Electronic health records (EHR) charting
• Effective communication and teamwork
