Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient vitals, symptoms, and progress
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver comprehensive care
- Support residents with daily living activities and promote their independence
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and care plans
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of Maine
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings preferred
- Must meet facility vaccination requirements or provide a valid exemption
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and documentation
- Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
- Electronic health records (EHR) charting
- Effective communication and teamwork
