Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care to a diverse patient population
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
- BLS certification required
- Previous LPN experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
