Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care following facility policy
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Assess and monitor resident condition, documenting changes and reporting concerns
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and follow care plans
• Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
• Participate in shift handoffs and maintain clear, timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license — LOCAL ONLY (New Hampshire licensure expected)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or obtained upon hire
• Completion of an accredited LPN training program
• Comfort working overnight and providing hands-on nursing care in a long-term care setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a small team

Education

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program; high school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and safe documentation practices
• Fundamentals of wound care and basic patient assessments
• Familiarity with electronic charting and clinical documentation
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy overnight environment
• Compassionate resident interaction and strong teamwork skills
