Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to patients at Las Palomas Center
Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to needs
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create positive outcomes
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing
Current certifications including BLS
Ready to hit the ground running in a dynamic facility

Education

Completion of accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment abilities
Excellent patient communication
Proficiency in medication administration
Team-oriented mindset
