Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents in a rehabilitation setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to orders
- Perform skilled assessments and document clinical findings clearly in the chart
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans
- Monitor and promote patient safety and mobility during the rehab process
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members during shift handoffs and care updates
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
- Local candidates only (this is a local contract assignment)
- Availability to work the posted schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Ability to commit to the assignment period: 2026-03-02 through 2026-04-27
Education
- Vocational Nursing diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid clinical assessment skills and comfort with rehab nursing care
- Medication administration and basic documentation proficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and time-management abilities
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care practices
