Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
Assist with activities of daily living to promote comfort and independence
Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly to ensure top-notch care
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional support
Maintain a safe and clean environment that residents love to call home

Qualifications

Active LNA license in good standing
Travel nursing assistant experience preferred
Valid Vermont LNA license or ability to obtain
BLS certification
Commitment to weekend shifts

Education

Valid LNA certification from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care fundamentals
Excellent communication and empathy
Attention to detail in monitoring health
Team collaboration in fast-paced settings
Reliability for night and weekend rotations
