Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Days, 40-hour guarantee, no weekends or on-call

Roles & Responsibilities

Process referrals accurately and efficiently to ensure timely patient care
Verify and enter all referral information into the system before the first visit
Collaborate with team members and external contacts to coordinate intake
Maintain dependability and adhere to scheduled shifts
Problem-solve and follow through on solutions independently
Manage time productively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

At least one year of full-time medical office experience required
Home Health Scheduling experience highly preferred
One year of full-time data entry experience required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Working knowledge of health insurance coverage requirements
Knowledge of medical terminology
General computer skills
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
