Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide critical ICU patient care
• Titrate medication drips and manage ventilators
• Interpret and document vital signs and monitor data
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Valid RN license in NE
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Medication titration and infusion management
• Ventilator and respiratory support
• Use of EPIC electronic health records
• Critical care protocols and guidelines
• Team collaboration and documentation
