Roles & Responsibilities

• Interpret and transcribe medication orders with precision to keep patients safe
• Compound and dispense pharmaceuticals including IVs, chemo, and nutrition products expertly
• Monitor drug therapies for interactions, allergies, and optimal dosing to enhance patient outcomes
• Provide expert clinical consultations and cost-effective alternatives to physicians
• Educate patients, families, and staff on medications while documenting every impactful intervention
• Join the Code Response Team to make a difference in critical moments
• Drive quality improvement through data collection, inspections, and training programs

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Pharmacist license in good standing
• 3+ years of pharmacy experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications from American Heart Association
• Epic system proficiency required
