Emergency Room Nurse - ER/Swing Bed
Location: Rangely, Colorado
Start Date: 06-08-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 36 hours/week, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM day shifts, holiday coverage required
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care in the fast-paced ER environment, making a real difference in patients' lives
- Manage swing bed patients with compassion and expertise during day shifts
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, stabilizing patients and coordinating seamless care
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team to provide top-notch nursing in a rural hospital setting
- Handle diverse cases from trauma to routine care, showcasing your versatility
Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN license required
- Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Certifications in ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, and TNCC essential
Education
- RN degree from an accredited nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong emergency response and triage abilities
- Proficiency in patient assessment and stabilization
- Excellent teamwork and communication in high-pressure situations
- Adaptability to swing bed and ER dual roles
