Electrophysiology Technician - EP Lab
Location: Charleston, SC
Start Date: 07-27-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; 4-day work weeks with alternating day off
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Scrub a wide variety of EP procedures including ablations and device implants
- Assist physicians during complex electrophysiology cases with precision and confidence
- Monitor patient status during procedures and respond quickly to changes
- Prepare and maintain the EP lab, ensuring sterile field and proper equipment function
- Document procedures accurately in Meditech and collaborate with an experienced, close-knit team
Qualifications
- Active ACLS certification required
- RCIS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of previous EP experience, including scrubbing ablations and device implants
- Ability to monitor patients during procedures is a bonus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of EP procedures including ablations (A. Fib, SVT, AV Node) and implants (PPM, ICDs, Bi-Vs, ILR, Watchman)
- Proficient with GE equipment and Meditech documentation
- Excellent patient monitoring skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
