Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care techniques
• Take and develop dental X-rays and other diagnostic imaging
• Assist dentists during procedures by preparing instruments and providing support
• Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed records
• Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure patient safety

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Skill in using dental instruments and radiography equipment
• Understanding of infection control standards
• Excellent patient education abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
