Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care through thorough dental cleanings
• Perform periodontal assessments and document patient histories
• Educate patients on preventive care and oral hygiene practices
• Collaborate with Dr. Gorski to ensure optimal treatment outcomes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sterile environment
• Utilize digital X-rays and dental software efficiently

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin (required)
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication skills and a caring demeanor
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented practice
• Experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
• Proficiency in patient documentation and charting
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and sterilization techniques
• Ability to educate and motivate patients
• Experience with dental practice management software
