Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered dental hygiene care
• Perform dental cleanings and comprehensive oral health assessments
• Educate patients on preventive care and proper oral hygiene techniques
• Take and develop dental X-rays following safety protocols
• Accurately document patient care and maintain confidentiality
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous dental hygiene experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization standards
• Familiarity with dental software and patient record documentation
• Understanding of oral health assessment and preventive care techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse patients
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
