Roles & Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly at the front desk and handle registration with ease
Masterfully manage scheduling to keep the clinic flowing smoothly
Room patients efficiently in the Asthma Allergy clinic
Flex between front and back office duties as needed to support the team

Qualifications

1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
MA-C certification required
BLS (AHA) certification certification)
Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) via AMCA Certificate

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Front desk and registration expertise
Scheduling proficiency
Clinic rooming skills
Flexibility for front and back office support
