Bill Rate: $72,000.00 to $93,000.00

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate patient care on complex clinical research protocols ensuring top-notch compliance with GCP and ICH/FDA guidelines
Execute study procedures independently while anticipating and preventing protocol deviations
Conduct informed consent discussions and assess patient eligibility with precision
Manage adverse event reporting, study medication dispensing, and investigational product accountability
Maintain impeccable regulatory documents and data integrity for IRB/IEC and sponsor requirements
Develop study budgets and handle research billing compliance like a pro

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license
Valid state Driver’s License for occasional travel to satellite offices
2-5 years of nursing experience, with oncology preferred
ASN or BSN degree

Education

ASN or BSN required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in GCP, ICH/FDA guidelines, IRB/IEC processes, and protocol management
Proficient in adverse event reporting, informed consent, and study medication handling
Familiarity with EMR, EDC, and CTMS systems
Strong critical thinking, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-site environments
