Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and procedures following established protocols to ensure accurate patient results
• Collect, process and analyze blood, urine and tissue specimens with care and precision
• Operate, calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure reliable performance
• Prepare reagents, solutions and media needed for daily testing
• Document and maintain accurate records of test results in the laboratory information system (LIS)
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols to maintain a safe, compliant lab environment
• Collaborate with lab colleagues and clinical staff to support timely, high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience as a Laboratory Technician or in a similar clinical laboratory role
• Experience performing hematology, chemistry, microbiology, coagulation, urinalysis and blood banking testing
• Proficiency using laboratory information systems (LIS) for accurate data entry and record keeping
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, plus solid communication and teamwork
• Phlebotomy experience or prior hospital setting work is a plus
• Relocation to Culbertson, MT is required prior to starting
