Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical field for operating room procedures
• Assist surgeons during orthopaedic, neuro, and vascular surgeries
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure all instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and ready
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification
• Current BLS certification
• Proven experience in Ortho, Neuro, and Vascular specialties
• Ability to stand for long periods and work on-call shifts
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Knowledge & Skills

• Deep understanding of surgical instruments and aseptic technique
• Familiarity with orthopaedic, neuro, and vascular surgical procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
