Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities to promote independence
• Support occupational therapy sessions by preparing materials and monitoring progress
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all residents
• Adapt interventions to meet evolving patient needs

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license required
• 1+ year experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing and documentation
