Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients in developing and maintaining daily living skills
• Implement individualized occupational therapy plans under supervision
• Document patient progress and update treatment records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Support patients in adapting to home and community environments

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license required
• Minimum 1 year experience in an OT setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
