Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic occupational therapy services to residents under the supervision of a licensed OT
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment

Qualifications

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in New Hampshire
• Completion of an accredited OTA program
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work a Monday‑Friday schedule
• Experience in senior living or rehabilitation settings preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of occupational therapy interventions and modalities
• Understanding of senior living and long‑term care environments
• Proficiency in documentation and electronic health records
• Ability to assess functional abilities and develop treatment goals
• Effective time management and prioritization
