Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and mobility
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the care team
• Support safe transfers and use proper body mechanics
• Help maintain a clean, comfortable environment and uphold infection control practices
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff
• Document care events promptly and accurately in resident records

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) classification/class/credential
• Comfortable working per-diem assignments and flexible shift coverage
• Compassionate approach to resident-centered care
• Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

• CNA certification (required)

Knowledge & Skills

• Competence with basic resident care tasks and ADLs
• Ability to take and document vital signs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Awareness of infection control and safety procedures
• Reliable time management and dependability for scheduled shifts
