Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents throughout the overnight shift
- Assist with daily living activities to help residents feel comfortable and supported
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in Maine
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation to Cedar Ridge Center
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail when documenting care
- Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols
- Compassionate approach to resident care
