Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities
• Monitor and record vital signs, and promptly report any changes in condition to the nursing team
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for residents
• Document care provided accurately and timely, ensuring continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Must be able to pass a background check and bring a state or federal issued ID

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing and resident care procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
