Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Support patient mobility and ensure a safe environment at all times
• Monitor patients, observe changes, and communicate findings to the nursing team
• Perform accurate documentation of care and report any concerns promptly
• Assist with feeding, bathing, grooming, and comfort measures with dignity
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Comfort with overnight/night shift responsibilities and a team-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient dignity and safety
• Local candidates only (this is a local assignment)

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an approved CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on patient care and basic nursing support
• Infection control and safe handling procedures
• Accurate charting and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
