Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Night, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM (days to be confirmed)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
Take and record vital signs and report any changes in condition to the nursing team
Support daily living activities to help residents maintain dignity and independence
Document care accurately and clearly in resident charts
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver person-centered care
Help create a warm, safe environment where residents feel heard and respected

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or active enrollment in a CNA program
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or obtain upon hire
Comfortable providing direct resident care and performing physical tasks
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on experience with activities of daily living and resident transfers
Vital sign measurement and basic clinical observation
Infection prevention and safe hygiene practices
Accurate documentation and charting skills
Compassionate communication and strong teamwork
Time management in a busy clinical environment
