Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Assist patients with activities of daily living with dignity and respect
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
• Support safe transfers, positioning, and mobility for residents
• Document care accurately and communicate clearly with the care team
• Contribute to a positive, team-first environment that improves patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (required)
• Comfortable and experienced with overnight 12+ hour shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow facility policies and care plans
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care

Education

• Completion of an approved CNA training program (CNA certification required)

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic patient care techniques and safety-focused handling
• Familiarity with resident-centered care and documentation
• Teamwork and clear communication with nursing staff
• Ability to observe and report changes in patient status
