Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts with 8-12 days of call per month and 30-minute response time

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub and circulate during a wide range of cardiac and vascular procedures including TAVR, Mitraclip, and IABP placements
Operate Phillips and Siemens imaging equipment to deliver precise, high-quality images for interventional cases
Collaborate with the care team to manage 10-25 cases daily in a fast-paced Level I trauma environment
Provide support across EP, hybrid vascular/cardiac, and peripheral procedures to ensure seamless patient care
Maintain readiness for on-call emergencies, responding within 30 minutes to deliver life-saving interventions

Qualifications

Current ARRT certification and Arizona MRTBE CRT license required
BLS certification and at least 2 years of Cath Lab experience
Proven ability to scrub and circulate in both cardiac and vascular procedures
Comfortable working in a high-volume Level I trauma center handling 10-25 cases daily

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and peripheral vascular procedures
Familiarity with Cerner and Xper EMR systems
Experience with Phillips and Siemens cath lab equipment
Ability to respond quickly during on-call situations and work collaboratively with rad techs and nursing staff
