Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional radiologic procedures in the Cath Lab
• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations and interventional radiology procedures
• Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for accurate diagnosis
• Prepare patients and procedure rooms, ensuring safety and sterility at all times
• Document procedures accurately and maintain detailed patient records
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide emergency coverage when needed

Qualifications

• Active Radiologic Technologist license with license verification
• BLS certification required
• Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology experience required
• Ability to pass Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Skills Checklist
• Comfortable working on-call rotations including weekends
• Strong focus on patient safety and quality imaging

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures and interventional radiology techniques
• Skill in operating fluoroscopy and other imaging equipment
• Understanding of radiation safety protocols and sterile technique
• Strong communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments
• Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergency procedures
• Attention to detail for accurate imaging and documentation
