Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist with and scrub complex interventional cardiac procedures including LHC and PCI
• Support electrophysiology procedures such as PVI, EPS and device implants with precision and calm
• Operate and optimize imaging systems (Philips and Siemens) during procedures
• Maintain sterility and safety in the cath lab while anticipating the team’s needs
• Document procedures accurately in EMR systems (Meditech and MacLab)
• Provide patient-centered care before, during, and after procedures and help educate patients when appropriate
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and techs to maintain efficient case flow and high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

• ARRT certification (required)
• RCIS certification (required)
• BLS and ACLS (required)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant cath lab/interventional experience (required)
• Strong interventional cardiac cath lab experience (must-have)
• Experience with EP, PVI, PPM, EPS, LHC, PCI, IR or neuro cases (preferred)
• Comfortable working with panning x-ray table and advanced imaging equipment

Knowledge & Skills

• Proven skill with cardiac catheterization procedures and interventional workflows
• Familiarity with Philips and Siemens imaging systems
• Experience using Meditech and MacLab electronic medical records
• Ability to support electrophysiology cases and device implants
• Strong procedural documentation and aseptic technique
• Team-focused communication and the ability to mentor junior staff
